For each position, you can create a scenario of the adaptation process with tasks, points and multimedia content that employees should familiarize themselves with .
In the scenario section, add a + button to create a new scenario.
You will see an editing dialog where you can only enter the name of the scenario and the category . Category means department or department to which the job position belongs.
The structure of the adaptation process is based on cascade logic. That is that si you have to create a so-called section for example information about before boarding and then create individual steps under this section.
When creating a new step, adaptlink asks if you want to create new content or use a template. You can create templates from each content and then use that template for a specific job position.
For each step that I have created, it is now necessary to create content.
The content can be just a short informative text, for example, get acquainted with the documents, or today you will be presented with a product portfolio. The second option is that specific OSH documents or directives can be inserted as an attachment or text field.
Each step can be confirmed. I understand / do not understand the communicated content or Familiar / not familiar.
If you add a mentor to a given step, the mentor will have to confirm whether the adapted employee understands the given content or not.
Automatic actions mean the possibility of sending notifications to employees and mentors about specific tasks that the employee should familiarize himself with. Automatic actions are set up in order to structure the adaptation process and not overwhelm employees with too much information. You can perform the set-up after how many days and at what time after the start the given step should be sent.
In addition to the created structure of the adaptation process, the tree chart also displays icons that clarify the orientation of the system during its creation.
The number shows the number of days before / after the start of the email should be sent to the employee.
The green document shows information about the attached attachment.
A red chat icon means that the step contains a description.
The yellow character displays information about the mentor.
Among other things, you can add map materials, for example in a situation where you want to place information about where there are warehouses, where you have a branch, or a company doctor. .com.

From your own employee database, which you can export, you select the employees you want to adapt to the selected position. Employees are familiarized with the entire process of adaptation in advance,
on what specific date specific steps of the adaptation process will be made available.
So they know what awaits them, what they can prepare for. For example, when will they do the assessment interview. When can they try more advanced work etc.
The adaptation process, adaptlink for many clients also serves as a library of information and employees can refer back to the information. They can thus view procedures or instructions.
Adaptlink functions to some extent as a place for information, but also a place where you can insert simple training or instructions.

Do not worry! Adaptlink is not a personalized tool, but a helper for recording and overview of the recruitment process. The mentor you choose, who is familiar with his role as a mentor and properly trained, oversees the entire adaptation process or just a specific part. For each new part that the new employee has to get acquainted with, you choose the right mentor for the given content.
For example, a mentor for OSH will be different than for IT and induction training when working with sensitive data.

You do not need to install Adaptlink, it works using shortened links that are displayed in the web format of any smartphone. The employee you select for adaptation will receive a link that links to his profile. Here you will learn information about a specific step of adaptation, for example "how to record attendance" or "how to order material". The adaptation process can be started via a QR code.
